Round Up & Membership Meeting
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in a few short days at the 2015 Round Up! If you’re attending, be sure to download the TALHI mobile app for easy access to the schedule, attendee contacts, speaker bios, sponsors, and other helpful info about traveling, attire, CLEs, and so forth. We will still have a printed program this year, but the app allows you to receive up-to-date notifications and schedule or venue changes should they occur. App users will also have extra chances to win prizes at the conference!

The Round Up registration desk will open at noon on Monday in the west Promenade off the lobby of the Hotel Galvez and remain open until 5 pm to allow attendees to pick up their name badge and materials prior to the Welcome Reception at 5:30 p.m. We request that all attendees plan to pick up their materials, as you will need to wear you name badge and have a photo ID for security at the reception, which is being hosted by ANICO in their top floor museum, the absolute best view of the island! The registration desk will re-open at 7 a.m. on Tuesday to assist those who are participating in the Tuesday morning optional activities, and to allow those arriving on Tuesday to check in.

The annual Membership Meeting will be held at the opening of the conference sessions at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The agenda and draft minutes for approval are available for you to view ahead of time; these documents can be found on the mobile app as well.

We are anticipating another informative program and great networking opportunities at this year’s Round Up. Please note that the current forecast predicts rain throughout our stay, and plan accordingly. Of course, the TALHI office will be closed next week while the TALHI staff is in Galveston. For those of you who are unable to attend Round Up, stay tuned after the event for wrap ups and photos.
