Key Bill Updates
We are seeing bills starting to move as the session ramps up, including key TALHI bills and bills of interest. HB 1073, the provisional work authority update, and HB 1197, on temporary licensing training times, have both been placed on the House General State Calendar for March 14. 

HB 1243, the NCOIL Unclaimed Property Model, was reviewed at the last House Insurance hearing but left pending to wait for the committee substitute. The committee substitute will address technical corrections and add clarifying language requested by TDI.
