Network Adequacy Data Submission Rule Repeal
TDI is proposing to repeal 28 TAC Chapter 21, Subchapter LL 21.4601-21.4605 because the advisory commission and study created by SB 1731 in 2007 is complete.  The proposed repeal can be found here.
