House Insurance Hearing Next Thursday
TALHI will be testifying next Thursday, April 12 on the Cost of Insurance (COI) agenda item during the House Insurance interim hearing. The hearing will be broadcast on the web, and you can watch it here.

TDI Proposes Credit for Reinsurance Updates
TALHI is reviewing the recently proposed rule updates to the rules insurers must follow to obtain credit for reinsurance. Please send Jennifer any comments or concerns. Comments are due to TDI on April 30th. Please send any comments to Jennifer by April 23rd at the latest.
