TDI Public Notice
To comply with 28 Texas Administrative Code §7.68(s), the Texas Department of Insurance is providing notice of the annual, quarterly, and supplemental filing checklists that reference the latest editions of the annual statement, quarterly statement, forms, and instructions adopted by the NAIC and the Texas-specific filing forms and instructions. These checklists may be found here.
