TDI Adopts Data Rule Updates
The Texas Department of Insurance has adopted amendments to 28 TAC §§21.3401 - 21.3409, relating to the collecting and reporting of data relating to certain mandated health benefits and mandated offers of coverage. TDI adopted amendments to §§21.3401, 21.3403, 21.3405, and 21.3407 - 21.3409. A breakdown of those sections can be found here.
