Pharmacy Benefit Rules Adopted
The Commissioner of Insurance has adopted amendments to 28 TAC §§21.3001 and 21.3030 - 21.3033, and repealed §21.3034, concerning the transparency of certain information related to prescription drug coverage provided by certain individual health benefit plans. More information is available here.

CE Requirements for Agent License Renewals
Starting in June, to renew an agent license in Texas, agents must complete their continuing education requirements and pay any fines or fees that are due. More information about the requirements for various license types can be found here.
