Reminder: TDI Life & Annuity Comment Period Extended
As a reminder, TDI has extended the comment deadline on the proposed life and annuity rules until August 17. Information on the draft rules can be found here; a TALHI summary and analysis can be found here; and TALHI's initial comments can be found here. Please send any comments or concerns to TALHI by Friday, August 10.

TDI Life Policy Locator Discontinued
TDI has discontinued their life insurance policy locator website. They are now referring people to the NAIC's Life Insurance Policy Locator Service instead. Companies who were voluntarily participating in the TDI project should have been contacted by the Department. TDI does not have plans to make a formal announcement regarding the switch.
