Biennial Report Rollout
The Texas Department of Insurance will hold a briefing to roll out their Biennial Report to the 86th Legislature on Monday, December 17, at 11 am at the Hobby Building, Room 100. The Texas Insurance Code requires TDI to issue recommendations for legislation related to insurance regulation before each session. The report will be posted on TDI’s website after the briefing.
