 VIRTUAL EVENT

Q: Why is TALHI moving to a virtual event this year?

A: Due to coronavirus concerns, for the safety of our members, and following the lead of other industry organizations, we are moving this year's Round Up to an online event.

Q. What will a virtual Round Up look like? What does that mean for the extra/optional events?

A. Round Up will still take place over the original dates of September 21-23, but content will be presented online via Zoom. We still have a robust schedule like you have come to expect, including legislators, regulators, scholars, and ethics CLE. Of course, since we are online we will not be able to offer events like the golf tournament, LIPAC dinner, Round Up Dinner, or optional events. However, we are working to offer networking in the form of a virtual happy hour, as well as virtual coffee with legislators for donors later in the fall.

REGISTRATION

Q: When will registration open and what are the rates?

A: Online registration will open closer to the event. Stay tuned for additional details. For the online registration, please note that members will need to be logged in to access the discounted member registration rate.

Q: I forgot my member login. How do I find it?

A: On the login screen you will see links that say "Forgot your password?" and "Forgot your username?" You can use those links to have your username and/or a password reset link sent to you. However, note that unless you changed it, your username should be the e-mail address TALHI has on file for you. If you are new to TALHI and do not have a login yet, contact TALHI staff.

Q: What does my registration include?

A: Registration includes access to all online sessions presented September 21-23, as well as access to recordings of sessions after the fact.

Q: My company is not a TALHI member, can I still attend?

A: Yes, non-members are welcome to attend at the non-member registration rate. Stay tuned for additional information.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

A: The online registration system will send you a confirmation of submission and important info to the e-mail address you used to register. You will also receive a second automatic email with either a receipt (if you paid by credit card) or an invoice (if you chose to mail in a check).

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you are unable to attend but a colleague would like to attend in your place, simply contact TALHI with the new attendee's name and contact info. Remember, even if you cannot attend the live sessions, you will have access to the recordings after the fact.

Q: Is there a registration deadline?

A: We recommend you register by September 11 so we will have all your information to send you updates and Zoom links ahead of the 21st.

ROUND UP MOBILE APP

Q: Why should I download the TALHI mobile app for Round Up?

A: The mobile app contains the full interactive, customizable conference schedule and allows you to be alerted to last minute changes to the program (if any) and reminders about conference sessions. Zoom links for all events will also be posted in the app. You can access contact info and bios for the presenters, as well as contact info for your fellow attendees, and message them within the app.

In addition, TALHI members have access to additional TALHI information within the app, including the general TALHI calendar of events and the full TALHI membership directory.

Q: How do I access the Round Up mobile app?

A: All registered attendees can download the TALHI mobile app from your mobile provider's app store. If you have already downloaded the app and set up your login, you will see a new section for the 2020 Round Up. If you are just now downloading the app, you may be prompted to create a login. TALHI members should use the e-mail address TALHI has on file as their username; non-members and speakers should use the e-mail address you submitted with your Round Up registration as your username. If you need additional assistance, our app user guides can be found here.
