Flynn Agrees to File TALHI 403(b) Legislation in House
Chairman Dan Flynn has agreed to carry one of TALHI’s priority bills this session, joining Senator Brian Hughes, Vice Chair of the Senate State Affairs Committee, who has agreed to file the bill in the Senate. It has been filed as HB 2820.

TDI Adopts Valuation Manual Updates
TDI has adopted amended 28 TAC §3.9901, relating to the adoption of a valuation manual for reserving and related requirements. More information on these changes can be found here.
